DELIVERY

• We ship worldwide from Bulgaria and offer free delivery to all the EU countries. Delivery cost for all destinations is calculated automatically in the cart during the checkout process.

• Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
Processing time is usually 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday are shipped on Tuesday.

• Delivery to the EU usually takes 2–5 business days. Delivery to remote areas and islands may take up to 10-15 business days.

• Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Delivery to the USA: all parcels are sent DDP — this means you will not need to pay any additional charges upon receipt of your package. Delivery time is around 5-7 business days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• If you want to return an item please contact us on qeiwa.silk@gmail.com with the order number so we can guide you.

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Send the items in their original condition and packaging with a courier service of your choice. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item is back with us. Full refund process takes up to 14 business days.

• We aim to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
